CREATOR GUIDELINES
THE BANG REQUIREMENTSArt must focus on miyacest or miyacest polyships.
NO AI works are permitted.
If you do not adhere to the successive deadlines, you may be dropped from the event and a pinch hitter called in.
All works need to have the triggers and warnings outlined and discussed between the match-ups at the time of matching. DNWs need to be respected.

Art must focus on miyacest or miyacest polyships.
No AI works are permitted.
Examples of mediums include digital art, traditional art, moodboards, playlists, and video or photo edits. Art must be able to be digitized in some form for sharing.
Digital art should be a minimum of 600px by 600px.
Videos should be a minimum of 30 seconds in length.
Moodboards - minimum of 9 images and a small info doc or guide.
Playlists - minimum of 9 songs and a small graphic/guide accompanying the list
Traditional art - finished artwork in any medium, able to be scanned to digital format to be shared as part of the Reverse Bang.

What is a Reverse Mini Bang?Reverse (mini) bangs are a reversal of the traditional Big Bang/Mini Bang format where writers submit summaries of their stories that artists then claim. In a Reverse Bang, the artists involved will create an artwork/sketch for the authors to submit their claims to write a story based on that.The artworks will be posted anonymously for the claiming process. The fics will be posted on Archive of Our Own in the Miyacestbang collection. Art work/media needs to be scanned/saved in a format that can be presented on the bang's social media at the end.How to write for Alt Creator worksWhen writing based on a playlist you can either listen to it as you write and discuss the intentions of the playlist with the creator, look at the graphic/info they've provided and come up with a concept then go with it. For moodboards, the inspiration can be taken from the various images and ideas and the info doc from the alt creator. Moodboards and playlists need to be complete enough for the writer to work with and curated over the creation period.What do I do if I don’t want to work on a specific art medium?If there is a type of art you don't want to work with, you may put that as something you don't want to be matched with during sign-ups.What does it mean to work with another writer in the bang?This question means are you willing to work with another writer and the same artist? How you work together is up to you, whether you write two pieces between you, collaborate on a piece, or write related works. In our interest check, there were twice as many writers as artists interested, so it is to help make sure that writers can be matched.
